2025 marked major progress on the Barney Allis Plaza construction project, with significant changes visible at the site! As work continues to move out of the ground through the major structural phases, the garage and plaza will take shape in 2026.

In December, crews completed key milestones, including more concrete pours for the lower plaza levels, major deck formwork, and critical structural elements that will support the future public plaza above. Work also advanced on pedestrian access areas, internal mechanical spaces, and structural walls. 

Moving forward, crews will continue to pour concrete for lower levels, advance plaza deck construction and complete additional work on ramps, columns and building systems. This sets the foundation for the transition from underground work to the elements that will transform into the street-level plaza deck.
