Kansas City announces winning artist team
Kansas City is proud to announce that Gijs Van Vaerenbergh has been selected for the $2.18 million public art commission at Barney Allis Plaza. The Belgian artist duo, composed of Pieterjan Gijs and Arnout Van Vaerenbergh, creates large-scale, site-specific works that reframe how we perceive and move through public space.
