Led by Founding Director Tiffany Meesha Thompson, Office Hours are free one-on-one mentoring sessions to provide guidance and support to artists as they navigate the submission and public art process. Office Hours are open to artists interested in applying for the Barney Allis Plaza commission or those looking to participate in future public art opportunities.

How to Reserve Office Hours

Slots are limited! Artists interested in participating in Office Hours must register in advance for a one-hour time slot. There are three different location and date options. Reservations for Office Hours are first-come, first served.

2. Choose an available one-hour time slot.
3. Complete the online form.
4. Click the button to book your appointment.
5. When a reservation is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

Local artists will have priority scheduling through February 25, 2025. After this date, any remaining slots will be available to artists from any location.
